It was a target date that was hopeful news was going to happen. Like Kevin 3 said. We do not know what is going behind the curtains. This isn't just Jim writing something up and posting an 8k, there is a lot more to it than that. So, he is letting us know something is coming down the pipeline soon. At least, that is how I take it.
