and surprise surprise, here we are today, the much ballyhooed Consolidation agreement that was supposed to be signed November 21 is now in limbo and might be signed in December maybe wishfully hopefully https://www.globenewswire.com/news-release/2022/12/01/2565763/0/en/Bearing-Lithium-Provides-Update-on-Plan-of-Arrangement-With-Lithium-Power-International.html

So now you are asking yourself, "so why won't Martin sign the damn agreement and commit his precious private company in Chile to the grand plan Consolidation?"

Well, my guess is he has received a secret offer very recently to sell at 4 to 5 times what he would make at LPI for his standalone private company from either BYD or Posco or CATL... which means Gil has surely received a similar secret offer for standalone Bearing... that's my guess.

If BYD or Posco or CATL holds MSB AND Bearing then they will be able to beat standalone LPI down at least 33% to 50% on their asking price in 2023 plus.

And if my guess is correct then that means we are coming out of this shithole with at least a 4-bagger (maybe 5-bagger) in early 2023 instead of a 2-bagger if we were stuck with LPI in mid 2024 or 2025.

For us lowly shat upon beaners a delay on the Consolidation agreement such as this is a very very good sign from the gods (and Alicanto) my amigos.
