Jim apparently doesn’t know how to time news releases with share price action, or just chooses to neglect it. But I am thinking he was hoping the share price would get higher than 005 because he saw how his other stock was gaining serious traction upon a simple tweet. However, that stock had some large Twitter accounts pumping it and a much better share structure. So I’m thinking he was hoping VXIT would be higher AND THEN he would release the 8k. If the 8k comes after hours, I’m not sure the logic behind letting VXIT trade for one day before the weekend. Oh well.
