I don’t think they are dumping for CEX. The purchase of CEX was to be done in exchange for shares. This looks like dumping to liquidate a position or dilution by NSAV. Either way it’s unlikely good news. NSAV doesn’t have the funds or stock to buy a viable CEX. It’s not enough to buy it. You MUST have the liquidity required to operate it. FTX and 134 affiliates just went bankrupt, not counting dozens more falling. I think Q3 is being delayed, while company insiders sell everything they can. Explains the accountant getting running from this mess.
