So CEO now has seen an exhibit list for 5 felonies and one serious misdemeanor (violating a court order), so he can prepare for his arraignment. Looks like the judge decided Peter Daniel Michaels must answer to all those charges.

If the judicial officer finds sufficient evidence, the defendant is held to answer in the criminal trial department
At his next court date, the CEO will formally get to plead guilty or not guilty.
