What I do not understand is this.
1 The company is always putting out great news.But the stock keeps on dropping.
2 If the company is doing so great,so why are they no company directors filing Form 4 with the SEC and buying stock in there own company. ummmmm
3 To be compliant with Nastaq ,the stock will have to be at least $1.00 per share.Well, if no insiders are buying stock in there own company to boost the share price, the only way to do this is a reverse split which will murder current stockholders,which I am. Something here does not add up.
