In theory they are not lying, but experience tells quite different, the stock will tank who knows,... Maybe 20.. 30 %. After the r/s is done and settles with low volume then thats the time to buy and average down and pray for good news to sell out and never come back again. It is called REALITY. whoever wrote this letter must have a face made of stone. I Have a portfolio called "dont ever touch it " full of stocks with R/S history they never recover actually some of them tank so much that they have to R/S again.
