Let's read it again, line by line:

(For some of you social visual media influencers on here, who enjoy, say, face painting and costuming much more than losing yourself in a good book, this may be an uncomfortable exercise, but it really won't take long, promise.)

"Final SPA executed;"

That's a sales and purchase agreement with an incoming to be named company having officially purchased CGRA and its assets.
It is not a "maybe" deal it's no longer "pending" it's been "executed."

"Executed" means the same as "done" except it's an even more firm and serious word. Think of when someone gets their head chopped off in a guillotine. And you ask, is that person done?

"Done" you said? Please, dude. That person just got EXECUTED.

Next line: "change of control expected this week."
Not even "next MONTH." The man specified this WEEK. That's Monday /Tuesday on the very outside.
My reading? It takes two or three days for big bank transfers to settle.

Last line in the tweet:

"and the future looks bright. $CGRA"

In other words Bill Wright is putting his shades on like Tom Cruise in the last scene in Risky Business and he's retiring with a deal thst gives him 47 Million shares multiplied by about 20 cents each. Or more.

CHA CHING

Reading lesson concluded.

We return you now to your regularly posted and less literal social media nonsense.
