Remember that news related to buying 50% of North star using 300 Million shrs worth 1.5 Million bucks at 0.005/shr? Well I think this is the minimum this stock will go and no counting assets of the acquiring firm ( possibly Troy Davis Home ) if this is a merger or buyout.
