The Sao Tomean attempted coup is not occurring because Jaca-1 was a dud, it is occurring because it was a success.

More evidence of Jaca-1's success keeps coming to light as time passes and the realization that Jaca 1 has been downplayed for a reason.

Coups don't occur because Sao Tome is a poor country, they occur because Sao Tome is fast becoming an oil rich country.
