I really hope so.

The fact that he skipped share cancellations and filed for termination before it was actually pink current is a giant red flag, though.

If he announces updates soon then it will be inconsequential, but the longer this drags on without clarity the more I'm worried there's something he's not telling us.

If someone can't tell that a shell is a shell, can you trust anything else that they say?
