See a scenario over the next few weeks:
-Next week PL
-US Buying opened up
-Qs/AL drop
-PC 7-10 days later
-Once 30 days over $0.01 can apply for OTCQB
-Will need to announce Board of Directors for OTCQB
-OTCQB app will take 4-6 weeks to complete
-Once OTCQB tier upgrade OTCM will sponsor public quotations (Form 211 may take up to 6 months)
-4th Quarter Qs will be due around this time
-Then 2022 Annual due end of April 2023
-Possibly announce/have shareholder meeting
-Lower AS
-Audited Fins/SEC filing
