Hey Cab, no it's not a bounce to .02, that's a bit of a stretch to call from current levels.

The 20 and 50wma's are at .0046 and .0049 respectively and there is decent resistance at .005 so that range is my current target. That level would break the near term downtrend which started at the end of August, but the long term nearly two year downtrend line won't be broken until roughly .0075 - .008. Once we get through those levels it will be time to analyze what levels are next.
