JD has said repeatedly that he doesn't need SAFE to succeed. NK kept an airline company alive. This is a company with margins not needing a govt subsidy nor in many instances, price controls to operate effectively in a permissive environment where States make the rules and without help, the Feds stay out of the way (but selectively pretend to campaign on it like $ for desperate children depended on it) Jaded much here? You bet. Why I wrote on the great number of noninvestment grade companies in the sector the other day. If SAFE in some form passes, well, great. If not, same story here with what the next new day brings to win by doing what good looks like consistently while the chaff laden fall away at an increased rate.
