Traders will have to assume just about any stock currently priced below a dollar and already on the NASDAQ's deficient list is a reverse split waiting to happen.
The next assumption is either a Chap 7 or Chap 11 bankruptcy
After that the management elects to do nothing and allow the listing to go to Cromwell Coulson's stock market
