8K's are released after a material event which could be many things but most likely happened last week. For transparency reasons, they are usually released quickly (4 days or so) so think this may occur tomorrow. Stop the bid sitting and hit the ask before you wind up chasing. Chart looking good here. Market Makers just might let her go for a little run.
