I think the SEC replies within 10 days on a "Pre"...if OK, then the final DEF 14A is released... I would think they have it right by now and the SEC will give the OK!!!! But, who knows....

Cash is King until further notice!!!

My comments on companies are usually my opinion of long term success (years). The PPS may go up or down greatly in the meantime depending on the number of greedy suckers with money.
