Great question. Someone posted here who I believe identified himself as a lawyer and kind of insinuated they couldn't collect until the appeal was final. There is no legal theory I know of that impeded GDSI to collect while the appeal was going on because a bond was not posted. However, I guess if GDSI identified assets and they didn't want to alert the Brazilians on the identification because they thought that a foreign court may question the ability to collect because the appeal was not complete, that's a theory that I could sort of believe and understand why there has been no collection to date. However, there is absolutely nothing, zero, nothing that would have impeded GDSI to attach to assets here in the United States
