The Board of Directors of Panbela Therapeutics, Inc. joins us in extending an invitation to attend a Special Meeting of Stockholders (the “Special Meeting”), to be held on November 29, 2022, which will be hosted virtually via the internet at www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/PBLA2022SM, commencing at 3:30 p.m. (Eastern Time). The Special Meeting will be held for the following purposes:

To approve an amendment to the Company’s Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation to effect a reverse stock split of our outstanding common stock, par value $0.001 per share (the “Common Stock”), at a reverse stock split ratio of 1-for-40 (the “Reverse Split Proposal”); and
•
To approve one or more adjournments of the Special Meeting to a later date or dates if necessary or appropriate to solicit additional proxies if there are insufficient votes to approve the Reverse Split Proposal at the time of the Special Meeting or in the absence of a quorum.
