Yep Captain, and you know what...I think mordicai nailed it from day one...when we first found out about the lawsuits. I think FM and BA knew we were going to sue for damages....so they hustled and put out their lawsuits to try and thwart us, or mess up the TeleCents deal, or whatever their ill-gotten purpose was. Mordicai is an attorney, and apparently he has seen this kind of thing before.... I think he immediately recognized what was going on.

Now, I hope it comes back to haunt them, and bite them squarely in the ass, which they are so deserving of. It would be a great ending to this made-for-TV novel.
