The bugaboo with Kelly should be quantified, as he is no longer Chairman of the Board. It appears Tanya Urbach currently holds that position, and along with President Cyrus Arman, are currently "farther up the totem pole."

Meanwhile, the past is just that. I'm sure many have been "stung" here and/or elsewhere - and sometimes they're not "cheap lessons." But lessons they are - as it goes with the game. Unfortunately the game has been technologically altered. The evolution is very one-sided as HUGE players utilizing enhanced artificial intelligence, making billionth of a second decisions and nimbly moving massive sums, "grab their share (read: the lion's share) of the pie. The rest are left with the crumbs...if lucky...losers, if not.

Still, I'm here and holding this issue in the belief it "has legs." The past, here, hasn't been my friend either, but I hope and believe this company >> if intelligently handled << has serious potential.

If I didn't - I'd cash out (except for two shares) and put it behind me.

I'm looking forward to Dec 7th to assess the wisdom of staying.
