I will assume that all their jobs are under contract. Being under contract there must be stipulations of completion of the jobs considering that the customer has done their part of the contract.
If for some reason SIRC can't complete a job because they cannot finance their part of the contract causing a delay of the job, I wonder what the repercussions would be as a result.
