You say you don't understand? The answer is very simple. Watch dog process to cite misrepresentations, false statements and incompetence in hopes it might give the naive observer the fair opportunity to do their own due diligence and come to their own conclusions.
This has been an on gong all talk and no performance company for going on two decades. Between the CEO the Timmy Toy inventor it's the blind leading the blind. Neither of them knows anything about shipwrecks or treasure. How could they. They have never found one or worked one.
