There is no right reason to require a reverse split in my opinion
Somebody screwed up and somebody has to pay for it.

They have cash, and we have minerals, Even Steven, and I don’t care what the price of our stock is.

In three months they don’t have any money if we don’t make a deal with them. And they also don’t have NioCorp but we will still have our minerals. So where is the value really?
