i never denied an audit, i asked you what document were you looking at and you refused to answer.

everything I stated has been fact and I pressed you to disclose where I was wrong at. You could not and can not because I'm using the documents provided from MJWL themselves. The last financials were from June (post changing their fiscal year for some unknown reason). Their Q1 is due and btw it took them months after saying their original Q1 (before fiscal year change) would drop and then they drop it after changing fiscal year and potential merger. They have been quiet on many fronts and have been not been transparent on other fronts.
