I'm still trying to understand what the "left wing" is. You throw that term around a lot as some sort of signifier, but what does it signify? Are there boxes that can be checked off and when a certain number are checked, that's "left wing"?
If it's left wing to provide food stamps for families, say, are subsidies to large agricultural companies left wing, too? If it's left wing to want Medicare for all, is it left wing for the government to subsidize medical research and provide medical care for veterans, too?
If it's left wing to support DACA is it left wing for large farms to use illegals to harvest crops? I'd appreciate it if you could define this term or, maybe, stop using it as if everyone knows what it means.
If it's left wing to be a socialist was the $1T tax cut to corporations (primarily) left wing, too?
