The filing states "approximately Nov.27th"
IMO the company will push the PPS higher to ensure Nasdaq threshold of $4 is met prior to the RS. Therefore, we should see at least .004. That is a 100% gain from where we are now.
If the company does this right I believe they will want a much higher number to ensure that it does not get taken down below that threshold.
