Not sure about Sims but Rosen is certainly still very much on board and favorable to PCTL

He has in fact been tagging PCTL. He was the lender on the recent bridge loan.

Here is what he said about it just a week ago on Twitter

I have provided some short term cash flow loans to $PCTL recently, nothing to do with the stock and zero dilution! It’s just a straight money loan with no ties to the stock!

It's a pretty favorable deal to the company despite the nonsense and misinformation I have been reading. And yes... the company need the cash to pay it back, but it appears to me that they expect to have it. Yeah I know... that's crazy talk in these parts. We will have to see how it plays out in the next several weeks.
