"If 10k is such a "burden", what is coming up with 3mil? Impossible."


To raise 3 million they would have to show something, they can't even show an update to the shareholders so who is going put money into this when they see how shareholders are treated ? For years they have put out wonderful forward statements, and now silence ? "Holy Cow" how can that happen ?

If the tech is as awesome as their releases say then where is the problem if its not the tech ?
