Bob was a career con man who even illegally sold his mother-in-law‘s house from under her without consent. My posts on this board detail his entire filthy history including his prior pennyscams.
I named him Rutabaga Bob after he had a massive stroke and was placed in the dementia ward of Norwood residential skilled nursing facility near Edmonton and his house was auctioned off by the province to pay for his care. Norwood was contacted to determine if Bob was competent to sign a contract regarding NWGC and ADCZ; the nursing staff and administrator stated that he was in a long-term care dementia ward and was unable to communicate, indeed he had to be fed by an attendant as he could not operate a fork or spoon. He was clearly not competent to conduct business or even to sign over authority so a custodian was appointed. The details of this are all posted on this board if you bother to search back.
Because he was mentally a vegetable, I named him Rutabaga Bob. Whether he is alive today or nott is of really no consequence as he had a severe stroke that left him with irreparable brain damage and lack of legal capacity,
