If I were NADAQ's legal council, which I am not, I would "request" that the logo, "NASDAQ" not be placed in such close proximity to GMSacha, Sacha Inchi, or the symbol, "QEDN" as to cause confusion as to any association or lack thereof between the two entities..
A note from a consulting firm working with Nestle: '...Sacha inchi is also cultivated mostly in South East Asia in Thailand....' Maybe that's because the farmers there aren't threatened by Drug Lords. .
There are a half dozen major distributors of Sacha products already entrenched in the industry for several years now. Maybe that is a major factor in QEDN's complete failure; that, and of course, there is....well; you know. .
