From my understanding after OTEC’s failed merger, the shareholders could have redeem their shares on October 28th and the combined business agreement with MJWL happened mid November, so we will see what will happen Tuesday about this but obviously to liquidate an empty shell seems like not to be the best choice for the OTEC shareholders…
