In many cases, these RS clauses end up expiring before being implemented.("if at all")
This could end up being just a big head fake by the company/mm's/hf's to weed out much of retail just in time for tax loss season.
It's hard to fathom all that massive accumulation over the last several months, with maybe 1/8 of the total being retail, friends and family of the company getting caught in big RS. Why raise the A/S if the plan is to RS. The pps would be at no bid long before they could ever dilute 65b shares now.
