Ok maybe you don't understand it...I will tell it you again.

OS are 24B now, and you say another 20B will coming...no, only on AS! the company can rise the AS max. To 65B for now ,but for shareholders are OS important. When OS not more rise but REDUCE like we have see (830 million shares) that's a indication that the OS more and more will decrease ,that's what happend here.

Speculation on a bad way are very easy, so long OS not rise anymore and reduce, it's all good here....btw, RS can take months before it happend, i have see it so many times. Maybe February or so next year.
