Maybe you are not one of them, but I’m sure there are plenty of people who think the share price will run five dollars pre- or post-deal. This has nothing to do with the company’s overall numbers even though some people keep throwing it in my face that I don’t understand crap. Look at all the math that was just thrown in my face for something I didn’t even say. I’m talking about my own personal wealth in the short term.

It doesn’t take a magician or a pumper of the deal, to change the fact that if a stock runs up five dollars from one dollar and you have 150,000 tax free shares, then that is (tax free cash) of $600,000.00
if the stock runs from $10 to $15.00 and you only have 15,000 shares.
That is Tax free cash of $60,000.00

Which would you prefer, $600,000.00 in (tax-free dollars) or $60,000 in (tax free dollars), in the same short time frame?
