Good morning all! I was thinking about what happened yesterday and I have come to the conclusion that if the longs on this board don't fight together against people like Janice Shell and Jim Bishop, this will just be another victory to them. Look at their prior posts and past and you will see a clear agenda, not just with SLJB but with other stocks.
Look at the non stop posting of the same crap over and over again saying the same thing, especially by Janice Shell who appears to be a sleepless poster or robot bashing as hard as he/she can. If this isn't an act of clear manipulation, what is?
The OSC is investigating the company but in the meantime, these posters continue to bash to kill whatever rise or strength the stock has because it appears that they have a clear agenda to try and destroy this stock and keep it as low as possible.
Guys, enough is enough. We have to act now! Yesterday the affidavit for the hearing was posted on IHUB. The OSC did NOT approve this and I filed a complaint. I am not against the information being made public. I believe we have the right to see it from the OSC or Sulja. I am upset because the basher crew obviously had a connection which leaked out the document or allowed it to be misused before the OSC could release it on their web site to the public. Isn't that the OSC's job?
The OSC did NOT hand anything out for people to take home and review after the hearing and the affidavit was only given to lawyers and people connected with the investigation. Tom Anderson who swore on the affidavit and signed his name at the bottom told me that to his knowledge, nothing was handed out for the public to review or make public on the internet. Even IF it was given to a journalist, it should not have been posted as a scanned copy on the internet as it was. It's called common sense.
This is as clear as it can get that some here have an agenda to crush us no matter what the company says or does. Why are the notorious bashers given the information by someone and yet the company shareholders and others involved can't get it from the organiozation that is conducting the investigation? Does this seem fair to you?
When I get information from the company and I post it, I always tell you where I got it from. Who handed out the affidavit to these guys? That is a valid question. Why won't anybody answer me? I bet I know why.
This is wrong and I'm sure many here agree that this was an intent to hurt SLJB even further during an ongoing investigation. The documents released yesterday could land some in a heap of trouble.
If you are a long and you are upset at people like Janice Shell, Jim Bishop and others, NOW is the time to express your concerns to the OSC and the SEC. The more time you wait, the more fuel they are given to continue to hurt us. Let's fight together to bring people like this to justice for what they have done to us.
The OSC is doing what they have to with the company, we need to do what we have to with these posters.
