This is how it goes when a company has nothing to bring to the table. They need everyone else to make a deal work but don’t want to give up 80% of the company. Seen it before. Eventually it just dies. Need to cut a deal and at least we get something. Dilution is happening anyway and will not stop. It will only get worse. Go ahead and give up ownership and make a good deal so we at least have something.
