So disappointing to hear the company talking about new opportunities. That is usually the kiss of death when they start shifting focus.

The PR is alluding to a December close with a "holiday gift to all of us". They went from mid-Nov (week level) to November (month level) to now vague and ambiguous references, not even willing to mention a month, just "accomplished as soon as possible".

This obviously isn't closing in November and they haven't even directly mentioned December, so more likely 2023.

Once January arrives, another six months will have passed by and we will be coming up on the three year anniversary this summer. Crazy to look that far out but we have been around the calendar more than once already.

Can we possibly still be here in July 2023 talking about the same closing with the same leadership? Would that be acceptable to the majority of shareholders? I guess only time will tell ...
