Nobody is picking up positions silently. Volume indicates zero interest because nobody knows what VXIT is or what they do. Volume is a couple million a day and 50-60% of that is being shorted. It even looks like the market makers took the day off today and don't have to short it. There is no way remotely possible that jks offering will ever end. Nobody is buying his garbage shares. His big pocket friends wouldn't touch this mess with a 10 foot pole.
