To uplift the name change is not necessary, but preferable. What is needed is liquidity event/s and a price of .05 cents. In conjunction means along with. Maybe with uplifting, the new name would be nice, but whatever the name is at that time, the company will list on the nyse or nasdec. Hopefully at that time the company will be financially strong enough to get good reviews by analysts. That will raise the price above $5. This is just my opinion, so comments are welcome.
