a PR is not substantial on its own. That is why there are disclaimers on them.

Like I said, if you look at the PR's Sandy put out when he ran HCCF (which is also a spin off of the original BKMP corporation, so far as I can tell) he said many things, most turned out to be not true.


I am just hoping that this time things are different
