Looks like short-interest stepped in, trying to rattle some cages. Makes sense with the UPS, but they're ONLY ALLOWING more cheap BUYING (from my pov)! This is going much higher.... & unless they're accumulating, they'll be HYPER-fueling the ascent.

The flipping & SHORT-interest agenda is more evident here with their scare tactics, rhetoric & transparent agenda/commentary:
