Note 12. Subsequent events
In preparing the financial statements, the Company has evaluated events and transactions for potential recognition or disclosure
through October 13, 2022, the date the financial statements were available to be issued.
Subsequent to June 30, 2022, the entered into a non-exclusive marketing and distribution agreement for CyberFuels products
including Dynamo brand throughout the United States.
In August 2022, the company granted additional time to the estate of the seller for closing on the contract to purchase Port of Tampa
real estate. The additional time was required by the seller to finalize proceedings with the estate.
