Hi Glenn, thanks for the update. If he does pick up again, here are some questions you can have in front of you...

- What is the status of Phase3 for VB-1953?
- Will you be updating the Vyome website soon with latest company info and status of existing and new drugs?
- Will you be merging Vyome, or a subsidiary of Vyome, into LICH? If so, when do you think that would happen?
- Will Common Shares initially remain intact? Ie. No Dilution.
- Does Arshad Shah still own a large block of LICH shares? Or were those shares purchased by you or eliminated in the deal when you took over the shell?
