All the reason why there's no current dilution. THE CEO has the capital he needs after selling the 2.84B shares as you claim.

You need to pick a side. He either took millions of dollars, or he is diluting. Doing both does not make sense, especially at these volumes. Yesterday's volume was 24M shares = $6,000. A CEO that took +$2M as you claim has no business selling $6,000. :) :)

The entire market is crap right now. There are only a few tickers with catalyst. Lots of crap out there to short ... if you're short.

I don't care what the CEO did 1 year ago. I care that he has not diluted since his Sept '22 commitment. I care that he CEO is "currently" working on creating value and launching new services.
