Let's Talk Recovery, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: LKRV) announced today signature of a definitive agreement to immediately assume operation of The Shores Treatment and Recovery Center, Inc. located in Newport Beach, California.

The Shores Treatment and Recovery Center is a fully operational treatment facility serving people in recovery from substance abuse including drug and alcohol addiction. Let's Talk Recovery, Inc. will provide the framework and structure required to support upgrade of the facility for operation under LTR standard protocols.
