if you look at the filings ....16 billion shares were bought over the summer....(.0005 to .0008)......that i can prove..IMHO insiders and other INVESTORS have at least 5 billion shares...the rest US/retail...

the last PR they gave us a bone on the GOVERMENT CONTRACT !!!!!

IMHO thats why those 16 BILLION SHARES were BOUGHT IMHO !!!
