Upon the CE drop last year, this went to 0.022. Though .25 may seem very lofty, one must take into account the whole picture. We have a company that has somewhat shown their hand on real estate projects but has went essentially radio silent on their aquisition projects. My honest opinion is pieces are being metephorically moved into place before pushing forward and once set to motion will move in a much more rapid form as compared to now.

I'm thinking itll clear. 02 with ease. Dependent on what plans have come to fruition, respectively higher. How much? That's the million dollar question. Just my humble two cents here, take it with a grain of salt.
