Some of it is an act, attempting to divert attention away from themselves by pretending to believe long after the dump. They're talking up the bonds, too, like they're made of gold. They aren't.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
