Where's the 10 million installment of non dilutive funding that was due months ago? I see some BS excuse about not getting the money because of the s10 filing being withdrawn but unless I'm missing something that filing was withdrawn in February and the financing deal was in June. They ALREADY KNEW the s10 was withdrawn so the excuse for not getting paid doesn't add up. Seems this company hasn't ever been paid for anything they say is a DONE deal. They also issued 25 million shares of common stock last quarter. The security details on the OTC site are never up to date. I'd be shocked if they really got any kind of LOC yet for this mitigation solutions deal even though they said that was a DONE deal. No mention of anything substantial in this report. No money, debt keeps piling up. Manipulative jive talk in the fins. Subsequent events had nothing. I like this company. I think they are heading in a good direction but they seriously need to cut the crap.
